All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Even as vegetarians, they had several options that left us satisfied and happy. They even allow dogs outside! Their cocktails weren't the strongest, but they had a nice selection of beers. Would highly recommend and we will be coming back soon!

I came in wanting to try the chicken pot pie, but the menu had changed. Totally Not disappointed as the mushroom bruschetta was amazing! Also the butternut squash brioche is a new favorite. Bf got the pork chop which he also thought was really good. Excellent and friendly service and the bar even had great live music!! Recommend. Dec 20 visit.

My dad and I recently stopped in for a couple of delicious cocktails and shared an appetizer. We sat in the bar, which had a fun vibe, but was also private and allowed us to catch up. Everyone was delightful and greeted us with a smile, especially our server, Maddie! She was fun to talk with and made us super comfortable, plus we didn't have to wait for our next cocktail. She knew before we did! :)

A great addition to Shaver Lake. I've been in around a dozen times and never disappointed. I recently had the scallops along with the shrimp ceviche. Both were absolutely great and the presentation was top-notch. The chef has been out to my table a few times to get feedback when I ordered different things. I've had the smashburger a number of times because you can tell the meat is fresh and very tasty. By far the best burger in Shaver Lake. The atmosphere and service are very good. My wife and I have sat on the patio to enjoy the live music. The dining room and bar area are quiet and enjoyable too. The brewery tap takeovers have been a hit along with the wine pairing events. Don't miss out on this place or the special events when you are in town. The manager Hunter is doing a great job with the staff and food offerings. I'm looking forward to sampling the winter menu.

So glad to have more dinning options in Shaver , the place is right on 168 on way to the lake and has ample parking space. They have live music on weekends and have decent veggie options but they are planning to add more vegetarian food in the menu as told by the manager, Hunter . The staff is smiling and friendly…. Would love to go back .

This was better than 4.2! Rusric atmosphere, Portions were very generous, staff was so nice, food was really yummy-I love that the spicy fried cauliflower was an option for the meats! FYI, that menu on google is not accurate. No butter chicken. BBQ was super tasty, salad was not just a little tongfull on the side, but a whole bowl. Quick note-this is not fast food-but relax and chill-if you want to order fast and run, might not be the beat choice. For us, it was absolutely perfect after a day at the lake.

Excellent Steak and Service, But Skip the Bread What do you call a sad steak? A miss-steak. Thankfully, there were no such tragedies here. I came for a nice dinner and found a very comfortable spot with a unique ambience, both inside and out. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire meal. The main event, the Rib Eye, was cooked exactly as I requested, featuring a beautiful crust that gave way to a perfectly prepared interior. While it leaned a bit on the salty side for my personal taste, it was an excellent cut of meat and well-executed. The zucchini sticks were a standout appetizer—pleasantly thick and very flavorful. The one true disappointment was the bread. The rolls were dry and completely unremarkable. Honestly, they could have just saved themselves the effort. Despite this minor carb-related incident, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Aroma Tavern to anyone looking for a place with great service and a masterfully cooked steak. Just maybe fill up on the tasty zucchini instead of the bread.
